(September 16 - April 14)

$120.00 per night, up to 4 people
$10.00 each additional person up to 8 people

Rules and Policies

So your stay is the best possible, please observe the following:

Check in time is 3:00 P.M.
Check out time is 11:00 A.M
All facilities are Smoke Free.
No pets are allowed. No Exceptions!
Quiet hours are from 11:00 P.M. to 08:00 A.M
Coin washers and dryers are available.
Everything is furnished except blankets and towels.
No excessively loud stereo equipment will be allowed! (e.g., professional DJ equipment or similar --- the sound travels down the river and disturbs guests at other cabins)

Balance of reservation is dues at check in.
If you arrive with a pet or more than the maximum capacity of people, you will forfeit your reservation and will be required to pay the total amount in full.
Check in is no longer at Happy Hollow. Check in will be at your designated house or duplex. Please call the day before your arrival date so I can arrange for someone to be there to check you in.
Unfortunately, I have had to revise my cancellation policy. Effective this year, if you cancel for any reason, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation. If I am able to fill your reservation, you will be refunded accordingly.
